So I recently bought Jillian Micheals 30 day shred after reading another post by some bees about how great it is! I’ve got 2 months to my wedding and I want that dress (and me in it) to look fab!! But i’m scared!! OMG i’ve only done workout number one like 6 times and I’m still super sweaty and winded at the end…i’m scared to move onto 2 in a couple days, I want to make it to the wedding!! Sheesh!!
Has anyone else done this and actually survived and seen results??

LOVE the 30 day shred. I have seen results super fast with it. I can tell you that the intensity level going to level 1 to 2 is MASSIVE. Level 2 is so much harder than level 1. So only advance when you feel that level 1 is too easy. Going from level 2 to 3 is not as big of a jump, I don’t think.
Congrats for sticking with it this far! It will pay off!!

It’s okay to do level 1 for longer than 10 days! Do it until you feel like you’re not getting enough out of it. Level 2 is a jump up, and a lot harder, so don’t go there until you’re ready!

I agree, level 2 is WAY harder that level 1. However, after a few days, I found level 1 to be too easy. Your body just get used to it. However, level 2 is rough. I’m DRENCHED after doing it. That’s the level I’m on right now.
I LOVE the shred. I have most of Jillian’s DVD because I like to mix it up. It keeps me from getting bored.

i never made it to workout 2, i’m a wuss and gave up after like 2 days. i’m glad i only rented the dvd–i know myself well enough to realize that i’d probably give up quickly 🙂
