Hey Bees. I did the challenge and I’m finshed! I took before and after pictures and to be honest I lifted just a LITTLE bit and my thighs are more toned. I’m not very pleased with the results and I did stick to it. OBV for the larger numbered days I split it up during the day at work etc but I still did them. Its honestly dissapointing 🙁 I think I will do my own “challenge” and add more weights with my squats.
