This may come off as a little OCD or bridezilla-ish… bu here goes.
Alright, I sincerely dislike the fact that there is one stamp that is a 32 cent stamp – the hawaiian stamps. I know it may seem like a tiny thing to some but as an extreme perfectionist and detail-oriented graphic designer, I can’t let it go just yet.
I’ve looked for a few different alternatives (such as custom postage i.e. zazzle) and I can’t wrap my head around spending MORE on the 32 cent postage than the regular 45 cent forever stamps. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have used post cards but c’est la vie – I have the post cards.I would also prefer to not put the postcards in envelopes.
Has anyone found aesthetically pleasing solution to the 32 cent stamp that doesn’t cost more than 32 cents? I would greatly appreciate any help!
I would really appreciate that no one tell me to get over the hawaiian stamps and use them – if I have to come to terms with that, I will, but first I’d really like to see if anyone else has come up with other solutions!
Thanks In Advance

@nolabee39: Eh, I just used the stamps…they’re STAMPS. Nobody cares, I promise. If you can’t get over it…then spend the extra money for a custom stamp….there is your solution.

You can try Zazzle; it says that their stamps are USPS approuved

I just used forever stamps. I’m in love with the garden of love stamps and wanted to keep all of the stamps consistent for everything.
yeah I’m paying a premium for it, but it’s so pretty.

@nolabee39: I feel your pain. I refuse to use the hawaiian shirt stamp. I’ll probably end up using a forever stamp. I also toyed with the idea of zazzle or using vintage stamps (the best price I could find was still double face value), but it’s really difficult for me to wrap my head around spending that much. Did you end up finding a solution? If so, please share!
