I made my own wedding invitations for about 35 cents each. I got the cards from Micheal’s everday value section, $1.50 for a pack of 6, I got 3 packs (we are just having a small wedding), cardstock also from Micheal’s bought on sale for $3.50 for a 50 sheet pack, I used 9 sheets. I printed my invitations at home and used the website greetingsisland.com. it’s a great website for printing invitations because it’s free and it doesn’t put a huge watermark on the images but I did notice that if you are useing one that you put a photo into every time you edit and save the picture becomes slightly more pixelated each time. Also the website only seems to allow you to do so much per account because by the time I realized I needed to remake my invitation from over-editing it wouldn’t let me do it again and I had to make a new account useing a different email, but in the end I was satisfied with the results. Here’s a picture of my invitations (I covered my address with a piece of cardboard because…internet). The liner is just sitting in the card loose right now, but I’m gluing them in place later.
