Sorry you are having problems. Your wedding coordinator sounds like she isn’t doing her job correctly. I would re-read the contract you signed with her and hopefully it lists her duties as a coordinator. Or is this the venues coordinator? Second, if you have to have your wedding ceremony at 1130am and reception from 1-5pm and there are no other options then I have heard of people doing an “after reception” get together at a bar so that they can drink, party, and dance. My co-worker’s wedding and reception is early. She is having something later that night afterwards at a local bar. I would be pissed about having to switch venues and times. But I guess if you have no choice then you have to go with the flow and make the best of it. Hope it all comes together for you.

I got married at 11:00 am, and we all danced until at least 5pm.  So much fun! Then an after party with selected guests (word of mouth invite per my mom) at their home.  It will work out!
