Thank you so much! My ring is a family heirloom–belonged to my great grandmother who was my namesake. It is in its original platinum setting and I didn’t even have to get it resized. It is incredibly special! Here are a couple of more pictures 🙂

If you go to this website, you can compare different shaped stones on your size finger and compare… carat weight, when in relation to “size”, will vary greatly depending on the shape/cut of stone and it’s depth. (i.e. a 3ct radiant will look much different than a 3 ct round)

So true! Radiants, emerald cuts and asschers are usually around 5cts before they start looking large to me on most hands.
