I am not a deodorant wearer. Not because I have anything against it, but because I simply never needed it.
This is Too Much Information, but since I’ve been pregnant, my armpits smell! Ahhhh!!
Anyone else with this problem??
PS, I love you all… and your non-judmental, don’t care if it’s Too Much Information or not, ways <3

Could it maybe just be that your sense of smell is so ramped up that you’re just smelling it more than before rather than actually sweating a lot more?

@FutureJessicaMcB: Ooh… I hadn’t really thought of this. I’m not any more damp (totally dry, actually…) good thinking!

it could be that your temperature is also elevated from being pregnant, so you’re “sweating” more.

I noticed that I was both a little wetter and smellier around that time too. But I didn’t feel exceptionally warm either. I’m almost 6 weeks now and it seems to be more under control now. I think it’s just one of those hormone fluctuation things. I’ve read on a few other blogs of this happening 🙂

I had a few days where I definitely was sweating more. I noticed it in my classes at the gym. I would always sweat in these but I was literally POURING it and very early in the class. lol. I was probably earlier than 4 1/2 weeks too, so I believe you might be sweating more. It could partly be from the increase in sense of smell too. It still weirds me out sometimes how much I can smell. lol
