The other day I had one of those days where I felt like I’ve made NO progress…. I would look in the mirror and feel like there was no real change. But then I began to think about how I look at my self EVERY day in the mirror, duh I’m not gonna see the small changes! So I decided to do a side by side from jan 1st to may 12th. Ladies… I cried.
Last year I yoyo’d so much it wasn’t even funny. I’d lose 10, gain 15, lose 15, gain it back, etc. The holidays I stayed pretty much around 188 (my starting weight) so I can’t complain about gaining weight. But the fact that I’m down 2 jean sizes, 23lbs, and loads of inches…. just proves that I can do it =) I’m a visual person so I’m soo happy I took these pictures.
Ladies just remember you CAN do this =)
Ok I’m done, sorry had to share =)

Thank you ladies!! Means a lot to me =) =) =)
Thank you! Yes, some days are better than others. That’s when I have to pull out my camera and do a side by side lol. I guess when you see yourself every day in the mirror it’s harder to see the difference lol.
Thank you!! I’m glad I could help some =) Good luck on your journey as well! If you need anything send me a message. We can keep each other motivated =)
