It’s so annoying, isn’t it? The nights you really want to get sleep, you stress about not getting enough sleep and you end up exhausted. Get off your electronics because it will make it harder (emits blue light that interferes with your nature sleep hormone production). Know that there’s always coffee. Hugs

Brittney Neff :  what are you worried about hun other than sleep? Some times it helps to write out exactly what is stressing you out. Or have a cup of chamomile tea, try to stop thinking about not being able to sleep. It’s a vicious  cycle and happens to me too – stressing about not sleeping because you so need to sleep, and then you can’t because you are too stressed! 🙁
