I can try to help, but I’m sure my circumstances are a bit different.

We had a 5 p.m. wedding and couldn’t decorate at our reception hall until the day of, so you can adjust for that 🙂

8:00-9:00 – Bride hair
9:00-11:30 – Decorate reception hall
                   Bridesmaids get hair done during this time
11:30-1:00 – Ladies get ready at church
1:00-1:30 – Men arrive at church already dressed
1:30-2:30 – Pictures of bride/groom
2:30-3:45 – Pictures with bridal party
3:45-4:30 – Pictures with family (moved outside for a portion of them when guests began arriving)
4:30-5:00 – Relax!!
5:00 – Ceremony

We already had the food for lunch at the church, so ladies could munch while we got ready.  As you can see, the bridal party also didn’t have to be ready to go until 2:30, which was a good thing, because some of them took a lot longer to get ready than I thought!  I hope this helps a little bit for you!

ours is also at 5pm, but you could adjust as needed.

 

10am – hair

12noon – makeup

1pm – meet with photographer for getting ready pics at Future In-Laws house

2:30pm – head to venue for pre-ceremony pics of bride/groom, wedding party and immediate family

4:15pm – relax and have a drink

4:30pm – head to pre-ceremony holding space (to avoid being seen by guests)

5pm – ceremony

While we are doing the above, our fabulous coordinator will be making sure everything comes together.  Woo hoo!

IN FACT I DO!! I just made a excel spread sheet that tells what everyone will be doing. Here is what I will be doing:

8:00 AM Wake up

10:00 AM Hair Appointment

              Make-up following hair

 Quick lunch?

2:00 PM Home no later than this…

3:00 PM Photographer arrive

             Limo Arrive

3:30 PM Leave for Church

4:00 PM Ceremony Start

5:15 PM Pictures Around the Church (I have a few places so I am giving it 45 minutes)

6:00 PM leave for reception

(I Have roughly an hour drive)

7:00 PM Pictures at the venue/Coctail Hour

8:00 PM First Dance

8:15 Toasts

8:25 Dinner 

8:45 ish Cut the cake

9:00 Anniversary Dance

9:10 Parents dances

Dancing… until 12 AM!!
