I’ve committed myself to this being the year I get my health and happiness to be a priority in my life and rather than do some generic resolution like “Lose weight” or “Make more time to enjoy life” I’ve decided to commit to one small improvement every week. This week is simple, I’m just going to try and whiten my teeth by cutting back a bit on my caffeine intake and actually using the whitening products I’ve bought. Maybe my root problem is procrastination but hey, a small start is still a start and in a lot of ways easier than some huge task. Anyone feel like joining me?
