I’m 5’2″, my lowest adult weight was 103. I had no curves and wasn’t very strong. Then I bounced between 106-110 for a long time (I was skinny fat, so small dress size but not toned at all).
My heaviest was 120, after getting a desk job and not working out much (I had a knee surgery). I was not comfortable with how I looked.
Recently I dropped the fat weight and started putting on muscle. Now I’m around 115 but I am actually the pants/dress size that I was when I weighed around 106.
I agree that body type matters (I’m not very curvy), and muscle mass matters too. i go more based on how I look and what clothes fit rather than pounds. I am skinnier in inches now than when I was ten pounds lighter. So I’m not really looking to hit a goal weight, more of a goal shape. I want to feel toned all over, I feel like I’m about 98% there.
