I’m the type of person that likes to celebrate yearly anniversaries, as opposed to celebrating every month. (Not knocking anyone who does it). The other day someone asked how long we’ve been married, and I realized that it will be 6 months in April. My friends keep insisting that we should celebrate it, but I’m hesitant about taking away from our true anniversary. The more I think about it though, the more I like the idea of doing a little something to celebrate “surviving” our first 6 months of marriage lol. We met in middle school, and he proposed on the steps of our middle school. I was thinking of packing a little lunch and surprising him with a picnic at that same spot. (It will be too cold to do this on our actual anniversary) What do you think? I don’t want to do anything too over the top because I still want our 1 year anniversary to be special. Any other suggestions?
