I have a double prong! I initially wanted 6 prong, but I fell in love with the double prongs 🙂

6 prong ring here, but mine aren’t set like most 6 prongs are! They’re like 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 o’clock vs the 12, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 o’clock you see on most 6 prong rings!

6 very dainty prongs with a knife edge band. I love my ring. I wear it always and it never bothers me and the stone is set perfectly. Nothing ever catches on the prongs.

Here’s my double prong. (They’re not very prominent unless you’re up close.

TwilightRarity :  Is that a Tanzanite? It’s so beautiful! Loving the color.

FutureDrAtkins :  Thank you! It’s a periwinkle colored sapphire. I absolutely love tanzanites but I was worried that they’re too soft for me to wear daily so I requested a light blue sapphire.
