Hello all. I have 6 weeks until my wedding. I’ve eaten clean and exercised and lost weight but I really want to lose push hard and lose 10 more pounds. I’m 5’5″ and currently 142 lbs. For me, that’s close to being “technically ” overweight but for me my weight is carried in my stomach and thighs so while I’m not huge, I definitely have some to lose. I was super busy in April and ended up falling off the wagon so it put me behind. I’m getting married June 14th, but am moving the week before so June will be a little busy. I want to just push myself hard and lose as much as I can in May. I’m off for the next two weeks and the second half of May will be relaxed so I’m thinking of restricting my calories to about 1000 a day and walking an hour a day + dumbells 3 times a week. I know, not the most healthy sounding number but keep in mind my TDEE is 1400 and its just for one month when my work life will be relatively stress free. Any ideas / tips?
