Any recommendation on where I can go to get pocket folds invites in the city for cheap? besides the websites? Or maybe a vendor who guarantee good prices…
I am on a budget for Invitations. I am going crazy bc everyone is telling me I will have to have them by February to be secure….

We are date twins and I haven’t ordered my invitations either. I was planning on sending them out in April, is that when you were thinking?
I am on a budget too and am thinking of going through a cheap internet company so I don’t have to pay a ton with a paper store.

I’m not even thinking about invites right now. We’re just now doing the save-the-dates. We’re going to clear everything with our venue at the end of January and then worry about invites.
I think you have plenty of time.

I’m sending my invites in April — my printer told me it takes him 4 weeks to finish a job, but he’s also a small operation. It’s something to think about, but if you’re looking to use a pre-determined design, I’m sure you don’t need to make a decision until late February.

I was thinking of sending them around April also.. Thats should be enough time..
I am in the process of trying to do one on my own with some samples i ordered on cardandpockets.com.. If that looks o.k then I will run with it asap.. I went to kinkos and ask how much it would be to print the invites if i provide the cardstock and they told me for 90 invites it would be about 40 something for just the printing… I was thinking of just getting the pocket fold, envelops and return cards from the website and then put it all together.. It sounds confusing but i am a bit confused myself.. So i am just awaiting for the samples to come in the mail and then bring it all to life… That would be a big relief, and i can then figure out what to do…
My Day of Cordinator was charging me 400 for 90 pocket fold invites, but i wanted to see if i can get it cheaper….
I will try to paste pics once I am finish…. wish me luck ladies…

I just got my pocketfolds through papersource.com and I’m really happy with them! They’re sort of DIY, since it doesn’t come with the printed invite part. But the pocketfold and envelope are already assembled and good to go!
Hope this helps 🙂

I’ve seen amazing stuff done with the papersource pocketfolds and stamping with embossing powder. I think I’m going to go the Gocco route but I’m with hotchild, I’m just working on the save-the-dates! I feel a lot of pressure to make them match the invites or “set the tone” or something but now I’m feeling like I should just get them out there!
Lovebabe, plenty of time!

@mslovebabe
I still haven’t gotten mines. My sis said she would pay for them as a gift.
@msmonicka
Can I see some of the invites you have done?
