Hello! Before my jeweler kills me from changing my mind so much I need help deciding which ring to go with. I have attached a photo showing the two rings with the different sized center stones. I’m leaning towards the smaller stone but really can’t decide. Any opinions? I have a size 8 finger so I think either will look fine but don’t want to cross the line of beautiful to gaudy…

Both would look nice! I think I personally prefer the smaller one, but I have read bees writing that they regretted not getting a larger stone. The larger one doesn’t look gaudy if that’s mainly what you’re worried about. Go for the one that gives you the biggest smile when you look at it!

I like the larger stone; it’s more stone than halo. The smaller stone looks like it’s being dwarfed by the halo.

I think the larger one looks better in the ring

I like the smaller stone, it looks more balanced to me.

I like the smaller stone. You can see the sides a little.

Something I never considered before I got my ring though is the spinning. The bigger one might not spin as much because it takes up your whole finger…. or maybe it will spin more because it is heavier. Idk, but I am much more conscious of factors beyond finger coverage now that I have a ring to wear every day. So idk, something to think about.

Larger stone looks like the halo has a better proportion to the center stone, plus you won’t have to worry about shrink age syndrome for a while!

Go for the 7.5. If anyone says anything do not listen.

Go bigger, shrinkage is real 😉 It’ll be a lovely ring!

I’d personally go for the larger one
