Mine is seven stones, but the two on the farthest outside are really small so it is hard to tell. The ring is so very much me. I love seeing these.

It was purchased as a seven stone semi-eternity but we removed the center stone and replaced it with a family diamond:
I am having my ring custom made but here’s a mockup I did on PicsArt. I want the center stone to be highly visible like the pic below the ring I’ll have my jeweler copy.
There are three graduated stones on either side. The original ring is a $5,000 platinum vintage ring. My ring will be in 14k yellow gold (I am considering palladium prongs so my center stone will be secure) and instead of diamonds will be moissanite. The ring will cost under $1850 but I haven’t gotten the final figure yet.
