Bees with catering budgets in the 8K range (up to $8,500), what does your menu look like?
I’m trying to decide between 2 proposals in the 8K range for 100 people and just want to see how they stack up.

We’re paying $60 pp – if we end up with the 140 guests we originally planned on we’ll be at $8400.
I’m not sure how helpful this will be since the hall is providing the catering.
appetizers (cheese, crackers, fruit) during cocktail hour
soup, salad, rolls
three entree choices (meat, chicken, fish)
pizza at 10:30 pm
unlimited soft drinks, coffee
premium open bar
