aw I’m sorry! It seems like 3 out of 5 packages I order from online have to be returned, for not being what I expected. Have you tried any stores where you can actually go to the place and check out the color before ordering?

Do you think perhaps they sent you the wrong color? Are you able to verify that this is what their red lanterns actually look like? Maybe you can exchange them? Or, sell them in the classifieds and try again?

Oh honey I”m soo sorry, but you may be able to recreate the “look” using tissue paper and a votive candle holder…

You might just want to look around a bit more, and order a couple more samples from other companies to see if there are any closer to the colors you had in mind.  There are TONS of vendors out there that sell these types of things.  Good luck!
