I did a quick search for you and found this place. Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino

It’s not a completely adult only resort.  I think one building is reserved as adult only.

I’ve never been to Aruba.    Good luck!

We went for a trip and stayed at the Riu Palace, which is one of the more extravagant resorts and was all inclusive.  i was actually pretty surprised at how many parents had kids, though.  however, other than just noticing them, they didnt get in the way or annoy us (im one of those future-bad-mothers because sometimes kids drive me nuts, especially while trying to relax)

we also stayed at the Renaissance (the above mentioned). they actually have two locations, one right in town and one a short walk away.  the best part – they have their own island that is totally kid free, but its not all inclusive.

out of the two, i still liked the Riu better.
