I have the same problem, so I don’t have any suggestions, only empathy.  My calves and thights are enormous, and they are ROCK SOLID MUSCLE so I don’t think there is much I can do for them.  I run a lot, do TONS of walking and lifting tons of weight at work, so I think I’m stuck with the large calves.  I hope someone else has some suggestions, cuz I could use them too!

Alright Bees, I’m the exact opposite as far as calves are concerned…mine are non-existent!  I’m super jealous because I think defined calves are just gorgeous!  Shoot…guess we always want what we cannot have. 🙂

I agree that defined calves are gorgeous!  They just should not look like tree trunks, which, unfortunately, mine do.  Apparently there is a price to pay for dead-lifting 600+ pound people day in and day out for years on end….LOL

I have enough calves to share with two people AND keep some for myself!!!  I’ll mail them to you!

If you want beautiful, toned calves, I highly recommend the Air Alert workout. Designed for basketball players, but makes the rest of us look sexy and jump higher.
