Someone did a scrapbook of them and it turned out really cute.  Almost like another guest book with lots of pretty cards.  They did have to cut them up in order to show the front and the inside for them.

I am going to scrapbook them, along with the invitations to our wedding/shower/etc.

I’m planning on binding them in a book!  I found a company here that does it: http://www.cardsforkeeps.com.au/index.htm but if you google book binding and your city you will probably be able to find companys that bind yearbooks, small publishers, doctoral thesis, etc that could do it.
