Yes. They carry fantastic products. They are very good about returns if you need to and their warranties and services are top notch.

@angelinthesnowxo:  Here’s hoping your first shopping trip isn’t too much of a budget buster.

My SO & I just went to BJ’s today which is similar to costco from what I hear. I’ve never been to a costco. We got once a year because we don’t have a membership, we just get a free 60 day membership card in the mail every now and then. I LOVE it! We’ll probably end up getting a membership one of these days to be honest. This trip helped me think we probably should

I love Costco!  We do some grocery shopping there but I especially love it for gift-buying around Christmas time 🙂

Just be prepared to either make a list and stick to it, or come out with a MUCH lighter wallet.  All of the good deals are super enticing!

@fascinated:  @MademoiselleL:  Haha so true, that’s the only thing that’s bad is I go in there and see a bunch of stuff I didn’t plan for!

There’s just the 2 of us and we love Costco! Besides the potential savings of buying in bulk, they carry so many items you can’t find at a regular grocery store. The house brand ‘Kirkland Sugnature’ is usually awesome – comparable or better than the name brand equivalent for much  cheaper. I was actually at Costco today with Future Mother-In-Law and they were selling cabins. Like actual tiny houses. LOL

For those of you who don’t have a costco membership and want to check it out, get a gift card? I was gifted a $100 costco card as a student a few years ago. It was the perfect amount to splurge on a bunch of bulk stuff on a student budget without having to pay the membership fee. You need the membership # of the person who gifted you the card at the register though.

Costco is my favorite store aside from Nordstrom ;)! There’s nothing I don’t buy from there. Their olive oil is highly rated, as with Costco brand wine. I always stock up on meats, fruits, veggies, and toilet paper there.

Plus they have the best customer service. If you don’t like it you can’t return it for a full refund, no questions asked.

We used to have a Costco membership, but we eventually stopped eating processed food as much and found we couldn’t use the portions of non-processed food fast enough (fruit, veggies, etc.), so we didn’t renew it.  We also buy recycled paper products, which our Costco doesn’t sell (however, there are Costcos that do!).  If you have space to store stuff, go through food pretty quickly, or eat things that don’t go bad too quickly (cereals, nuts, etc.) I highly recommend it!

I also LOVE it for my allergy medicine!  I take Zyrtec, and Costco sells the generic Zyrtec for $15 for 365 pills!!!!  So I just get my parents or parents-in-law to buy it for me once a year lol

We had been given a membership as a gift one year, and it was nice to have it at times, but we didn’t have the space to store much.  Once we’ve moved into our house, I want to get a membership again!

@Missknicole:  Haha me too! I miss Seattle, the best stores are from there – Costco, Starbucks, Nordstrom, and Amazon 🙂

@angelinthesnowxo:  I have one complaint about Costco – they do not accept VISA.  I might get another CC just because of Costco *sigh*.
