Do you have a good backup plan? The ten-day forecast is usually unreliable, but you might feel better if you know exactly what will happen in the off-chance it isn’t!

Yea, there’s been SOO many times when the weather says its gonna rain or snow, but its sunny & warm instead. It may be good to have a backup plan, just in case. Is there an inside option?

Don’t be upset!  It may rain, but there is still a chance that it won’t!  Last June my friend was getting married.  The forecast was rain, it rained in the morning but she still had her ceremony outside.  I hope it doesn’t rain, but a beautiful ceremony isn’t all about the location, I just love to hear the vows.

The 10 day forecast is generally not so solid. Keep your hopes up!

DO NOT watch the weater! I reapeat! DO NOT watch the weather! My FH nearly killed himself with stress the 2 weeks before out big vacation because he kepts checking the weather every day and all he saw was rain until about 2 days before we left, and we had nothings but hot sunshine the whole time!

And the weather men are never right! ๐Ÿ™‚

I agree, don’t look at the weather again til 3 days before the wedding. Its not very accurate at 10 days away. Within 3 days is better, but its not til the day before/day of your wedding that you should get concerned.

We had rain.  There was nothing we could do.  My hubs was at our venue and the coodinator showed him the weather maps an hour before the ceremony and asked what we should do.  He made the decision to do it indoors.

It was not ideal, but not worth stressing over.  Besides, they say when it rains on your wedding day, your “knots are tighter.”

Please don’t stress!  Cloudy weather gives gorgeous photos, and may even get a rainbow or a glorious sunset.  Spring weather is too unpredictable.  Make your backup plan and don’t worry!
