@happee01: What do you mean you don’t feel like other brides? What do other brides feel like?

I’m a bit unsure as to what you mean, because for example, I don’t know if I feel like other brides. I’m happy to be getting married, but there are lots of other feelings that come with it (like fears, being overly emotional etc)

Can you elaborate a little bit please? 🙂

There’s no wrong way to plan a wedding, and there’s no right way either! Just pick what’s important to you and work on those things, nothing else is necessary. All you need to get married is a FH and an officiant!

I agree that there is no right or wrong way to get married.  Do what you want and what is important to you.  Just because you want something different, doesn’t mean it’s wrong.

Jean Luc Picard would make any hot-blooded woman have doubts, lol!

It’s hard to not compare your wedding plans with other people’s ideas, but once you can accomplish that you’ll find that your vision is perfectly right for you.  That’s all that matters!  There’s a long time until July 2011, so hopefully the closer you get the more excited you become in being a bride.  Good luck!
