I just put tomato sauce, oatmeal, egg, pepper, garlic powder, and onions in mine. My family loves it. I serve it with cheesy mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon and onion, garden salad, and fresh baked bread.

My favorites are mini meatloaves. And I pretty much follow a standard recipe, but add cheddar cheese and mix up a sauce of mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar and it is sooo tasty 🙂

I made meatloaf yesterday.  I found an applebutter BBQ sauce that I used instead of ketchup.  I normally really dislike BBQ sauce but this had a sweeter taste and we really enjoyed it.  I used 1 lb of ground sirloin, (but usually I use ground turkey), 2 eggs, 1/2 diced onion, about 3/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, salt and pepper.  I added more BBQ sauce on top.

Yes!  Go to the Food Network site and look up Rachael Ray’s Meatloaf Muffins.  They use bbq sauce instead of ketchup, and they’re SO good.

Oh, the Rachael Ray recipe definitely has more veggies in it, too, but it tastes so good, no one would know. 🙂
