I am currently trying to figure out the schedule for the day and am having some difficulty.
My ceremony begins at 1:30 in the afternoon. I would like to do as many photos as possible before the ceremony begins. What time should I have everyone arrive at the ceremony site and be ready in order to take pictures? Also, what about the flowers being delivered?
Thank you to anyone who has any advice!

schedule everyone to arrive at least 1.5 hours prior to the ceremony for pictures. these are just formal shots, right? that should be sufficient. the flowers should be handled by your florist. they should be ready for you by the time you take your pictures. you can even get pics of the mother of the groom putting on his boutonniere and stuff. and the gals will look nicer with the bouquets of course. if the florist brings those flowers to you at that time, they can decorate the church while you’re taking pictures too.

Don’t forget to consult with your photographer. Some work very fast, and some are slow. Find out how much time s/he recommends to take the pix you want (show them a list). And then add on about 15-20 minutes, just in case! (Someone’s always late, needs fixing, etc.)
