It seems like I can never sleep now!  I’m 6 months pregnant and suffering from back pain.  We have a memory foam matress (it was a gift from my sister) which makes the back pain worse, and I end up more hours then I sleep. We are going to look at matresses on Sunday though, so hopefully we can get a new one really soon.

I’ve been having the hardest time sleeping, ever. I look at least ten years older now. It sucks. Anyone have any good suggestions?

Yes. When I read the title to your post my mind instantly said ‘I need some” haha!

I feel so tired during the afternoon, but by the time it is time for bed, I feel so awake.

I have tried not showering before bed (instead, I will shower after dinner and hang out in jammies for a few hours before bed), not drinking caffeine after noon, setting a strict bedtime/wakeup time etc. nothing works, I just hope every night that I will fall asleep quickly. Never happens.

For a while I was suffering from a bit of depression that was impacting my sleep. It was a vicious cycle. Because I wasn’t getting enough rest, it was aggravating my depression. My depression was fueling my insomnia. Thank God over time my depression ebbed enough for my system to balance out.

I am, and I know the reason why too.  She’s about 24 inches long and wakes up every two hours for food  @[email protected]   Have you tried tea?
