Steri-strips will come off when the wound has healed enough, they should really fall off on their own. I’d leave if for another two weeks, and if they’re still intact peel them off gently, if they’re hard to get off – they’re not ready 🙂

Try holding a warm, wet washcloth on for a while. I’m surprised they aren’t at least curling up, they are really holding on tight!

I’m not sure about oil, it might help with some vitamin e oil or something like that but only if your scar is healing well. 

And if they don’t come off it’s no big deal, I’m sure they will eventually!

If  they have been on for a month, your incision is well healed. You can remove them by soaking them with warm water, then gently peeling them off. Peel them towards the incision from each side.
