Sorry! This is what my feet look like at the end of the day, my husband calls them Pillsbury Dough Boy feet. After I walk the dogs, my feet are so swollen I need help getting them out of my shoes. I sit in an office all day and betweenshort walk I do each day and the heat this happens to me as well and I’m only 30 weeks. The swelling in your feet and hands isn’t such a concern as if you have sudden swelling of your face, if that happens call the doctor right away. Also make sure you are wearing comfortable shoes at work, no high heels and no flat. Try something with a little bit of a wedge even just dressy flip flops.

My feet and ankles have looked like that for several weeks now. I have pitting edema pretty bad, even in my calves. My OB said it is nothing to worry about and it is expected especially in this heat. If you are really concerned you could go see your doctor, and make sure that your blood pressure is okay!
