Do you take vitamins daily? If so, what kind?
I take mine every morning: a calcium supplement, a multivitamin, a biotin pill (for hair growth) and a flax seed oil pill (for tear production/eye health).

I take 2 D3 every morning (2 back surgeries last year, turns out I’m deficiant like most people here in Oregon). I was taking a multivitamin but it was giving me a rash (heads up to sensitive brides-to-be!) I’m going to pick up a pre-natal here soon. Not because we’re planning on a baby anytime soon, but because I want to get as healthy as possible.

I cant find the right multi-vitamin… no matter how big my meal before, I still thow it up. The only ones I can hold down are B12 and C.

I try to take my Woman’s One-A-Day but I forget probably 80% of the time. Eek.

I take Flax Seed Oil pills to build up Omega-3. It is good to build years before you decide to get pregnant because it helps prevent post-partum depression later on – which unfortunately runs in my family – so I am doing everything I can now to prevent it 🙂

I try to remember to take a multi-vitamin every day. Most days I fail, but I’m trying to improve! 🙂
