I feel your pain.  I got married in late June and their site was BUGGY.  Sometimes I couldn’t access the seating plan at all.  It seems to be working better now.

We are using http://www.weddingtracker.com — it says the cost is $60, but it is actully $30 if you join The Wedding Channel.  So far it has been very good to me, my wedding is August 9th.

Hm yeah I did notice that their user interface was a bit messed up. I think they completely revamped it as of a few days ago, it looks a lot nicer and easier to use with the whole RSVP tool working great.

 

I was about to move my guest list to another place to use but the new release helped a lot. They even sent out a blanket emai offering an apology and quick fix.

"Dear Jane, As you may know, we recently made considerable enhancements to
the My Guests tool based on the community’s feedback and suggestions.
Shortly after the latest updates this week, your feedback indicated that
there were a few issues with the new user interface that made certain
functions difficult to understand. Significant modifications were made
within 24 hours to address these issues…."
