I like cat/cow because I have arthritis in my back and neck and it hurts alot, when I do cat/cow it makes my back and neck feel a lot better.

Mine really depends on my mood. I love so many yoga poses for so many reasons. I love downward dog because it gives my body an opportunity to breathe and rest between other poses. My all time favorites would have to be half moon, triangle, lord of the dance, cat/cow and child’s pose. I would say that looking at your poll I can’t exclude any of them because each pose means something special to me.

Based on my mood in the mornings when I practice, I start with the one I’m feeling most connected to and make up my routine from there 🙂

Haha. I was going to vOte for dead man’s pose but I figured that was just a cop out. But I do love it after a tough session! I love tree pose most I guess. I think because when I was starting it was the only one I could do well and so it kept me going even though I felt so awkward in all the others!

I will be totally honest and say that my lazy ass loves the child’s pose.

I love pigeon.  After a yr off because of self inflicted injuries, I’m excited to work those hips.

I also love child’s pose. For me, it’s like an opportunity to sneak a little nap.

I am a pigeon fan.  Love the stretch in my hips.
