I mean, moissaniteco.com has square brilliant stones: http://www.moissaniteco.com/moissanite_loose_stones.html

Which I’m not sure is different from a princess cut. They also haVe the amora upgrade for the 1.7 and 2.2 carat equivilant. I’ve seen a lot of amora upgrades on the bee and I LOVE how they look, but I’ve only seen the round brilliant, not the square. Sorry I don’t have personal experience or pics to share!! But I love moissys too and can’t waaaaaaaait to get one!

HMMMM I see…that would make sense since they are calling it a square brilliant. Same stone as the round just squared off lol. I have never seen a larger princess cut in person but I have seen asschers and they are GORGEOUS!!

@janie-janie:   I sold my mother’s moissanite 1.8 carat princess/square cut ring on ebay a few months ago and took a video of it on my hand:

As far as I know, moissy do not offer a princess cut. Their equivalent, like you said, is a square brilliant. You would need to speak to C&C or MoissaniteCo to confirm, but I don’t think a princess Moissy doesn’t exist. Correct me if I’m wrong!

better than diamond is developing a princess Amora Gem.  It’s going to be a true princess, not like the square brilliant currently available in Moissanite.  Idk if you’re familiar w/Amora gem vs. Amora moissanite, but:

Amora moissanite – high pressure high temperature treated Charles & Colvard Moissanite.  Some ladies have bought it and it’s beautiful.  No princess available, just square brilliant.

Amora Gem – Silicon Carbide like moissanite, but with different structure and no green.  Seems like it’ll be superior to moissanite, whenever the hell it’s available.

Amora Gem’s supposed to go on sale in some countries this summer.  It’s not going to be available everywhere because of patent issues.  The US is a banned country, but I’m sure the ladies on the Better Than Diamond forums will find some way to get their little hands on some stones.  Mail forwarding services, other loopholes I’m sure will be found.
