I had my wedding in May this year. I bought most of my wedding stuff online and tried to get things as cheap as possible (photographer, rings, bouquets, wedding dresses, suits, Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses, you name it)…
There were things we couldnt skimp on including buses for our guests – most travelled from overseas and interstates, roast pig – dang that cost $500 and some other things)
In the end, my wedding (80 guests for 3 course sit down meals, all cost included except honeymoon) costed total 25k. I initially budgeted 30k excluding honeymoon.
Enjoy my recap photos!
My lightinthebox wedding dress..
diy toss away bouquet..
Let me have some dinner first and I will upload more….

Looks amazing!!! Can’t wait to see more!
(Although I have to chuckle a bit at the cheap comment. With a title like that, I wasn’t expecting a $25k wedding! If that’s cheap, then I don’t know what I’d be called at $8k! lol!)

Thankyou for your lovely comments…
@nikstar: I made the toss away only (i used real tulips) … i wanted to keep my bouquet for my trash the dress photoshoot… my bouquet is a silk one… i paid about 100 bucks for 2 Bridesmaid or Best Man bouquet, my bouquet, and 7 corsages (groom , Groomsmen and parents included)
@MrsVandykins: yeah i know my title was a little misleading, but i was being really cheap already, i think the price is dependent in where you live… my venue cost about 115 per person (food and drinks, car hire, tables, sashes, table clothes, you name it)

Great pics! Your wedding looked beautiful, congrats on coming in underbudget (even though I wouldn’t consider 25,000 cheap under any circumstance lol)
