amberback:  Mr. uncle and family, Mrs. Used to be Aunt and family. Would that work?

I think I would put him on both and let them sort it out.  This is a curious situation though that I bet others have considered.

I’d put him on the aunt’s, especially if she’s not in a realtionship, then she won’t feel like she has to come alone. If you put him on the uncle’s, the girlfriend might get offended that her kids aren’t also invited, or add them to their RSVP anyway. Good luck!

I would put him on his mothers, that way your Uncles invite can just be Mr + Girlfriend and their won’t be any confusion regarding her children.

I agree with JrzyGurl for the exact same reasons.
