(Closed) A false positive?

    on the packet it says if its not within the time limits they tel you (ie within ten mins) to ignore the result

    get another one if you’re not sure

    I definitely see it, but it’s not a consistant line (the bottom is darker than the top of the line?). I would retest tomorrow!

    How long did you wait until that line came up?  Looks a lot like one of my positive cheapie tests, but can’t say without knowing how long.

    Tests are innacurate after 20 minutes, I think. I would just wait a day or two and retest.

    I think its positive but if I were you I’d grab another test to be sure.

    My first pregnancy had a test similar to that (but probably lighter).  It *could* be a false positive, but for me, if it doesn’t disappear later, then it’s been accurate.  I’d do another tomorrow and see if the results appear in the right time frame!  🙂  I’ll say an early congrats!

    I really think this looks like a positive that dried out. I find these test strips dry darker (become more visible). My strips have never had an evap line. I wonder if this test was the FAINTEST squinter durring the test window & dried darker.

    @Fruitypebbles193:  that looks just like my first squinter…i took a FRER the afternoon I got it and showed a clear positive without using FMU…FX!!!!!!!
