@allamalabalafala:  I would personnaly purchase the one dress from Jasmines because I have read good reviews on the boards. With a 600-700 budget you might be able to buy a sample dress. Check out bridepower.com they have top designer samples for almost 50% off

 @ashump210:  +1

BUT multiple Bees have mentioned that Jasmine’s is not currently taking new orders, so you may want to double-check the status.

@allamalabalafala:  Definitely buy one dress from jasmines. They are amazing. On the jasmines board, they posted that they are now taking orders with no customisation or minor customisation so give them an email

I would go with Jasmines. I ordered a Maggie Sottero SaBelle replica from Darling Husband Gate. i paid about US$170 (which included shipping) and lets just say that you get what you pay for.  The workmanship was better than I expected, it really wasn’t bad at all. It was the overlay material that was just awful. It was cheap polyester, very thin, the kind of material used as lining in skirts. Im afraid to even iron it.

The dress is waaaay too long for me, however I bought this dress to use for TTD so the length doesn’t really matter. I ordered it in ‘Champagne’ but the dress is definitely on the beige/tan side. However having said that…In pictures it looks champagne so that works out.

Would I wear this dress as my wedding dress?  No. But for TTD it is perfect.

I am in LOVE with Vera Wang’s ‘June’ in black and am seriously thinking of ordering it from Jasmines.  Good luck with whatever you decide!!

Hi!  I am just about to order a SaBella dress as well, but with Jasmine’s.  They sent me some pictures of a previous they built and it is beautiful!  I tried the Maggie Sottero’s one and it is quite similar but only 1/3 of the price.  I will even order a 3/4 sleeve shrug and a double mantilla veil cathedral long and I would still not spend but half of the cost of the original one (and I even got a discount from the wedding parlor!).  I will tell you girls how this end up, but I am very confident now seeing all the strings with hundreds of pictures of their work.

In summary:  Better 1 dress high quality than 3 cheap ones… and as ashump210 said, with that budget you can buy a nice sample dress in http://www.preownedweddingdresses.com or others… and it would be an original.  Good luck!

PS: If you have in mind already 2 or 3 dresses as your favorites and you don’t know if going for it with Jasmine’s, write to them and ask them for quotes and pictures of those dresses if they have built them in the past and you will see their quality applied directly to what you need… that is how I decided finally on SaBella (thinking of Sottero’s Taleigha and Pronovias Bermeo as well…).  Just be patient as they have 3 weeks of delays in their response.  They took like 9 days to respond my e-mail but did it last night.

Baciare, the dress you want from Vera Wang is so gorgeous!  If you have the guts to wear black that day (I know my family and my fiancé’s family would collapse!) do it because is beautiful!  I am in love as well with Vera Wang’s Jacqueline…  Hope you decide to go black!
