Did anyone buy a gift for their Future Mother-In-Law on the wedding day?
I am traveling to visit my Future Mother-In-Law in a few weeks and we will do a small religious ceremony and reception at her home. My family is unable to make the trip. I feel like I should bring a gift on behalf of my family. For the life of me, I can’t imagine what I would bring and my family has no suggestions either. Anyone have any suggestions? It has to be easily transportable via a long flight(s).
If she lived in the US, I would think a fruit basket or flowers would be perfect. I thought of a picture of us framed, but I don’t have a good pictures or the time to do that. I do plan to send her a photobook after the event of the ceremony and our trip.
Did anyone’s parents send your in-laws a gift before the wedding? If so, what did you send?
