When a venue says 100 pp, what exacly that means? Does include the food only ? or its the food and everything else that the venue offers? example: lets say I have 120 guests so i multiply 100×120 = $ 12,000 but aside from that, do I need to pay for Dj , flowers, linen etc.? or in the $ 12,000 includes all that? sorry for the bother . and thanks

It really depends on the venue what is included, but usually that’s just for food and possibly drinks. I would highly doubt it includes flowers, dj, etc. You’d really need to get the specifics from the venue as they are all different.

Every venue is different. Ours for example includes food/drink/all linens but DJ/decorations were going to be an additional cost. I’d REALLY get them to clearly outline what it includes. I initially thought the price they quoted us included a lot but when we got the breakdown a lot wasn’t inlcuded. We ended up negotiating so that chair covers/linens and cake were in the cost!

Usually food and possibly drinks. Lots of places offer the cake as well, sometime centerpieces. Definately check about gratutity and tax. I’m almost positive the price quote will not include tax but some include a 20% gratutity and some it is extra.
