Where in Distillery District were you married? (Congratulations!!) We were considering Archeo, but it was out of our budget πŸ™ I am happy with my current venue, but I feel like Archeo would have been my ideal choice.

Our first choice was actually Sunday. We wanted a Sunday Brunch and the sample quote that they provided was about 12,000, it included food and a few drinks for about 70 people (don’t quote me on the price, it was nine months ago that we looked for the venue). We are having our Sunday Brunch wedding at the Inn on the Twenty (it’s in Jordan, near St. Catherines) with a ceremony at their vineyard. I love everything about that place, but still… the exposed brick walls in Archeo, the amazing wooden tables, the high ceiling… mmm… I still feel a little bit sad not having that.

Beautiful pictures!!! If we were doing it at Archeo we were not going to cover tables with linens because we both really liked the table tops, so that was going to save some money, but still. Cash bar would not work at all for us πŸ™‚ Half of the guests are Russian, so there would be a revolution if cash bar happens πŸ™‚ The wedding is during brunch hour, but I am still providing plenty of booze. As my Fiance (who is not russian) says that stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason πŸ™‚
