There are these little balls that jewelers can add to keep it from slipping. They are pretty cheap to add/remove and come summer if you need to you can just get them removed then add them again in winter. Your fingers will probably just get used to it though!

I have the same problem. I had it taken down a half size already and that time was free.  The next time will be a fee.  I’m not doing the metal balls that they suggested because it would cover up the engraving inside.

I’m just going to make do.  I’ve got insurance on the ring, I pray I don’t lose it but I can’t see resizing it for the changing of the seasons.

I had the same problem with the ring FH got me before we were engaged. It was a little too big but the next 1/2 size down was too small (it fit but the jeweler said I may have a hard time getting it off in the summer) so when FH got my e-ring he got a 5.25. My e-ring is the perfect size! I wish my other ring could have been re-sized to a 5.25 but it couldn’t (it’s an eternity band)

If the current size really bothers you could you get yours adjusted to 1/4 size smaller? That way it wont be as tight as if you went a 1/2 size down
