Hahaha this is so the truth. My Fiance had some compromising to do so this really hits home lol. By the same token, he really, really wants this $2600 wedding band!

This! I get that people imagine the rings –or lunchboxes– they want, but like the girl in the video said, for a lot of things you can’t tell the difference unless you look under a microscope.

I see posts here all the time about engaged bees complaining because their diamond isn’t big enough or whatever. Seriously? You have someone who wants to spend the rest of their life with you and you’re getting married. Jewelry is expensive and if you want something super fancy get it yourself or pitch in.

peacock0320:  I get what you’re saying about a $2600 band. That’s expensive! Mine wanted a $1,500 band (Mine is about $200) and I just said no because I know he’s not going to wear it frequently and he’s prone to losing things.

barrogten: The wedding band alone will cost more than my engagement ring and wedding band combined! Haha. I’m thinking I’ll take the design somehwere else and see what they can do for us price-wise. I dont know how some bees get rings that cost over $2000, I just couldn’t do it. I feel uncomfortable with expensive gifts so he my Fiance bought me a $10,000 ring I’d be happy as hell, but I wouldn’t see the practicality in having something so exensive on my hand, and I’m a girl who loves her bling!

haha this is hilarious!! We went in and he had an 8k budget! I was shocked!! We designed mine and we are so surprised how “cheap” it was because we were expecting it to be way more! He’ll end up around 6k but I’m getting a moissy. I know it seems like a lot to some, but we were really impressed with the total cost!

Hmm… I’m disappointed that they didn’t mention “Lunchbox Alternatives”. What if the guy wants a soup thermos instead? Or a Bento Lunch Box?
