MrsBuesleBee:  Well I know you said WW and while I’m not doing that I’m using myfitnesspal to log EVERYTHING I eat, I cut out beer (sad face) and extra sugar and it’s working.

Starting weight: 191

Current weight: 172

Goal weight: 145

1. So all in all I’m going for a 45 lb loss, and so far I’ve lost 19 lbs! My wedding is March 14th so my deadline is February 20th so I have time for alterations.

2. I miss the occasional beer but holy crap it blows me up like a balloon!

3. Cobb salad!

4. Walking my pitbull for 20 minutes (4.5 mph pace) burns 145 calories ๐Ÿ™‚

Here’s a pic of my progress so far, the pic on the left was taken last night (wish I had made my bed lol) and the pic on the right was from the 4th of July this year:

MrsBuesleBee:  LOL same here, so now I drink Jim Beam Honey with diet coke, it’s 67 calories per shot so I measure a shot per drink and it hasn’t slowed my weight loss at all. I should have added that I struggle a little with cooking because I make “normal” food for the kids and then salads or a lean meat and steamed veggie for my Fiance and I, he doesn’t need to lose any weight but he’s been supportive as all get out and is eating healthy with me!

I’m just starting ww.  I have done ww before and lost weight but whenever I quit tracking I gain and now I’m at my highest ever – ugh!!

Starting weight 193.6 (this past week)

1) Goal, initial goal is to lose 30 lbs.  I’d like to do it by the end of this year but in the past I’ve only averaged about a lb/week but I’m hoping the first few lbs will come off quickly.  I gained 35 lbs this past year – OMG so trying to take it back off now.

2) Weakness is probably alcohol in general, weekends are tough.

3) Baked squash and chicken or egg whites with goat cheese and diced tomatoes

4) Walking on various trails near home.

I’m in for this.  Fiance and I have been doing WW for about 3 months now and have had some success, though I will admit that I have A LOT of trouble being patient and losing small amounts every week.  That said, I do have a lot of weight to lose, but I know I will get there!

1) what are you trying to lose and when’s your deadline?

Starting weight- 320.4  As of weigh in on Saturday- 309.1.  My ultimate goal weight is 175, but I would like to be at or below 225 by my wedding on 10/10/15

2) what’s your biggest diet weakness?

CARBS!  Especially white rice, french fries, and pasta.  I have switched to brown rice and whole wheat bread and pasta and cut back a lot on fried foods as a whole.

3) what’s your favorite healthy dinner?

Foil-baked salmon with lemon and garlic, brown rice, and steamed broccoli= 8 points

4) favorite quick work out?

I do Bridalicious Boot Camp 3x a week, and on rest days I do a 17 minute Wedding Arms workout by Lauren Hefez on YouTube.  My arms and back are definitely my trouble zones and my dress is strapless.  I know I won’t necessarily have sculpted, toned arms a year from now, but I at least want a smoother, less lumpy appearance.

MrsBuesleBee:  I definitely need to do this! I’m also a MFP user, so I hope I can join too ๐Ÿ™‚

1. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been @ 140 (I’ll weigh myself later to make sure that is accurate). I’m usually somewhere between 120-125, so I’ve gained 15-20 pounds in a pretty short period of time yikes!!! My goal is to lose 15-20 pounds by the new year ๐Ÿ™‚

2. My biggest diet weakness is just junk-food in general. My diet has been HORRIBLE lately!!

3. I don’t have just one favorite healthy dinner. I do like salads or having a lean protein and veggies though.

4. My favorite quick workout is going for a jog

I’ll post a before pic once I get a minute. I recently joined an athletic club, so I plan to visit there 4-5 times a week for fitness classes to help with my goals. ๐Ÿ™‚

I don’t do WW but I’m definitely on a fitness kick right now!  I’m on MFP every day if anyone wants to add me (throoper is the username).

1) what are you trying to lose and when’s your deadline? – No deadline per se, but I’m trying to get back to my wedding weight of 118ish.  I totally fell off the wagon this winter and got up to 135 at 5’5″ (small frame too)!  Eek. 125 now.

2) what’s your biggest diet weakness?  Definitely booze :/  Love me some red wine.  I’m pretty petite, so I could (and sometimes do) drink like a third or half of my daily recommended calories.  Boo.  On a low-carb kick right now so I’ve cut it out for now.

3) what’s your favorite healthy dinner?  Roasted veggies!!!  OMG so so good.  Dice up veggies (my favorites are broccoli, asparagus, beets, or brussell sprouts), toss with garlic and a little olive oil and salt/pepper, roast at 375 for 20ish minutes, broil for a couple minutes.  It’s seriously the most delicious thing ever and healthy!

4) favorite quick work out?  Getting out for a run.  I run a few half marathons every year to keep me motivated to run.

PS, I am obsessed with my Nutribullet too.  My favorite smoothies always have half a green apple, a chunk of fresh ginger, and lime juice – that combo is so so good

Im in!!! I have always been around 120-130 lb (at 5 feet even that is a bit heavier than id like but I am blessed in the bust and bottom haha) I am currently at 140 and need to get back down at least 10 Lb before my wedding next summer.

1) what are you trying to lose and when’s your deadline? My goal is to lose 15 Lb and maintain. Id like to be down that much by New Years but Im not setting a date as I want this to be a life change and not a diet (since i just yo yo when I go with that mentality)

2) what’s your biggest diet weakness? Beer and wine!!! I have cut out all weekday drinking and limiting weekend as well.

3) what’s your favorite healthy dinner? Grilled chicken breast (lots of herbs and seasoning), grilled veggies, and quinoa w/ a little butter. YUM!!!

4) favorite quick work out? Elliptical while I indulge in SYTTD or Top Chef.

I’m not doing WW, but I’m tracking and working out and could really use some accoutability!

1) What are you trying to lose and when’s your deadline? No real deadline, but trying to lose the weight by the end of the year. Also TTC, so that may change.

I’m trying to lose about 30 lbs (current weight – approx. 170, goal weight – 135-140).

2) what’s your biggest diet weakness? Weekends – I get lazy about working out and I’m more likely to treat myself. Also, “special occasions” like holidays, birthdays, etc. always throw me off and it takes me awhile to get back on the wagon.

3) what’s your favorite healthy dinner? I don’t really have one because I love to try new recipes – Skinnytaste is one of my favorite go-to sites. I really like sweet potato and black bean enchiladas, and I make great healthy versions of chicken curry and cheeseburger pie.

4) favorite quick work out?  DH and I are doing JM’s 30-day shred – 20 minutes/day! Sparkpeople also has some great 8-15 minute workouts for when I’m really short on time.

I haven’t really gotten into smoothies, though I’d love a good recipe!
