I saw this saying online today, I think it might help some waiting ladies realize what’s important (it certainly opened my eyes).
“First I was dying to finish my high school and start college, and then I was dying to finish my college and start working. Then I was dying to marry and have children, and then I was dying for my children to grow old enough that I could go back to work. Then I was dying to retire. And now I’m dying, and suddenly I’ve realized I forgot to live.”
Let’s enjoy our current situations for what they are 🙂 Have a great day everyone!

Hmm… I actually loved being in high school and in college and wasn’t looking forward to those ending. I’ve been working since I was 12 (babysitting) and then a “real job” since I was 14, so getting a job after college wasn’t anything new for me. And even though I’ve been with my bf for 7 years, I didn’t actually start getting impatient about a proposal until a year ago. But I understand the point of the saying. Thanks for sharing! 🙂

I need to keep that in mind with babies, cause I want them so bad but it is not the right time in my life.
