My grandfather had a stroke the night after he met my Fiance for the first time… and I honestly wouldn’t have been able to cope had he not been there (we’re in a LDR). A stroke is the worst possible thing someone can go through IMO. You become a prisoner in your own body or your own mind…

Is there ANY way you can go be with your FI? It is so scary & shocking to see your loved one like that.

I can relate all too well & I am keeping you all in my prayers!
