There could well be a sagging/wierd shapes situation going on. what’s your budget?

Are you generally able to wear things without a bra?  Are you generally supported enough in those stick on bras?

If the answer to those are no,  then probably not.  The dresses you provided a examples do not have that much structure.  You might be able to get away with a strapless low back bra in some of them if the backless portion doesn’t go all the way down.  Really,  you should try some on in person to see if it will work before getting to committed to the idea of them.

Mine wasn’t a low back, but I had cups sewn in which really helped with support! I’m pretty sure you could have that done.

yurippe :  I would try to find another style that you love. There are many old threads from both brides and bridesmaids who really did need the support, bought the dress anyway (or the bride demanded it of the bridesmaids) and then they tried to  find a backless bra to give the support they needed.

yurippe :  Take a look at the sale dresses at Davids Bridal. I think there are  styles that you would like with enough coverage to wear a bra.

I had a quite low back dress and I absolutely needed to wear a bra. My solution was to buy bra extension straps for a back. Its an extension that you attach to back straps and you cross them so you can zip it on your stomach. Something like this:

Except mine were transparent and I was able to get them much lower with a bit of needle and string. It won’t work for very very low back but it absolutely can work with many dresses you would not be able to wear with normal bra.
