Would any of these options fare better than the others if served buffet style (i.e. they’ll all be sitting in chaffing dishes)? Our wedding is going to be buffet service, but I’ve never attended a wedding that was buffet service. So, I’m not sure whether or not my concerns about sliced steak getting cold too quickly is a totally insane concern! Anyway, would any of these be a safer bet than the others if in a buffet? Thanks!
- Pepper and Herb Crusted New York Shell Steak (sliced and served with natural jus)
- Braised Leg of Lamb (fork tender, braised with red wine, roasted garlic, and herbes de Provence)
- Herb Crusted Roast Pork Loin of Pork (Berkshire Pork with pomegranate mustard glaze)
