This is the EXACT reason I dont want to stop my bc yet! I can control my cycles and if I am going to have my cycle I can fix it. Cant do that if I stop it. lol

Nope. I planned my wedding around my period (I’m a bit of a control freak).

@Quinlan:  I didn’t have my glasses on, and when I saw the dress I was like “oh s$&@ she’s losing too much blood there”

This thought was totally on my mind when I planned the date.  I just used the calculator someone posted & it looks like I’m pretty safe.  My date is almost exactly in between what should be my last day of one cycle and the start of another.  Phew!!  But I wasn’t just worried about the wedding night or anything like that.  I get such horrible cramps for 2-3 days that I have to take Dr. prescribed 800mg motrin & sometimes it’s still not enough!!  Sometimes it’s so bad I have to call in sick to work!  The last thing I’d want would be to be in that much pain on my wedding day!!  I am so glad to see all of your anticdotes though!!  I’m pretty regular now, but you never know what could happen with all this wedding stress!!

I totally did LOL but due to wedding planning stress and whatnot it got wonky a couple times and ended up lining up with our wedding day. Luckily I started the morning after our wedding and it only lasted like 2 days so I wasn’t all menstral on our honeymoon.
